About the job

We are a design and web development company located in downtown Chambersburg, PA who partners with both local and national clients to build and produce top quality design. Our clients include Food for the Hungry, Prison Fellowship, Boots & Hearts, and many other high profile organizations.

Client Relations takes a proactive approach to servicing each client to ensure the account is retained as a happy long-term customer. This includes making phones calls, writing emails, and analyzing data to assist the client at the highest level. Client Relations are expected to be able to handle a very fast-paced environment and learn the specifics of our products.

This full-time position is located in our main office in downtown Chambersburg, PA.

What You Will Do

  • Interact with clients to receive, review, and coordinate on new projects
  • Communicate with internal team to advocate for the client
  • Manage day to day office tasks
  • Answer the phones and greet clients who are coming in to meet with the team.
  • Work with team to troubleshoot support requests and deliver solutions quickly
  • Light Bookkeeping Tasks
