We are a web development company located in downtown Chambersburg, Pa that works with local and national design clients to produce pixel perfect web versions of our designs. Our clients include Food for the Hungry, Prison Fellowship, Boots & Hearts, and many other large national organizations.

Client Success Managers take a proactive approach to servicing each account often along side the customer’s other product representatives to ensure the account is retained as a happy long-term customer. This includes making phones calls, writing emails, and analyzing data to assist the client at the highest level. Client Success Managers are expected to be able to handle a very fast-paced environment and learn the specifics of our product.

This full-time position is located in downtown Chambersburg, Pa where you will work from the Cross & Crown office.

What You Will Do

  • Interact with project manager to receive, review, and coordinate on new projects
  • Interact with designers on corrections and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the project manager to determine scope and timeframes for delivering coded websites
  • Deliver pixel perfect WordPress themes and/or plugins in the timeframes coordinated with the project manager
  • Troubleshoot support requests and deliver solutions autonomously
  • Continuously improve and learn new web development skills and knowledge

What We Need You to Know

  • 3 years of experience in a LAMP environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and JSON
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of cross-browser compatibility
  • Functional knowledge of Photoshop
  • Convert PSD’s to WordPress Themes using a custom built framework
  • Responsive coding experience and knowledge
  • Experience with version control systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of PHP and MySQL
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of WordPress coding standards and core functionality
