We are a design and web development company located in downtown Chambersburg, PA who partners with both local and national clients to build and produce top quality design. Our clients include Food for the Hungry, Prison Fellowship, Boots & Hearts, and many other high profile organizations.

Cross & Crown is looking for an enthusiastic, talented designer to join our team on a full-time basis. You should have a passion for great design, with a strong understanding of real-world web needs, designing to grids, calls-to-action, and all that good stuff. You’ll need to have a strong portfolio, and to be able to show work that you created yourself, ideally for real-world clients.

This full-time position is located in our main office in downtown Chambersburg, PA.

What You Will Do

  • Interact with project manager to receive, review, and coordinate on new projects
  • Design beautiful web experiences for our clients
  • Collaborate with the project manager to determine scope and timeframes for delivering designed websites
  • Work with a talented and creative team
  • Multi-task, and have a willingness and ability to tackle all sorts of things

What We Need You to Know

  • Good understanding of web/interactive design principles
  • Strong proficiency with Photoshop (and ideally the full CS suite)
  • Be a designer of everything Web (Web sites, email marketing, social media, etc.)
  • Have familiarity with responsive design principles.
  • Understand of funnels and calls-to-actions
